At Veyro Sport, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect orders prior to dispatch.

Change of Mind Returns
Where applicable under UK consumer law, customers purchasing online may notify us of their intention to cancel and return an order within 14 days of receiving it. Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the product is faulty or we have made an error with the order.

Used or Opened Products
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in a resaleable condition, except where required by law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photographs where appropriate. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Bulk Orders
We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a bulk order to ensure the product meets your requirements. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with applicable consumer law.
